Hey, I’m Teegan!

I am a registered nutritionist with a passion for helping women feel their healthiest, happiest, and most confident selves. I help women break free from food stress, boost their energy, and create sustainable, nourishing habits that last. My approach is simple, supportive, and tailored to your lifestyle. I prioritise gut health, mental wellbeing, and encourage balance, because feeling good shouldn’t come with guilt, restriction, or confusion.

Like many women, I’ve experienced the struggles of fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and a difficult relationship with food. Through a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle, I’ve been able to heal my body from within, and now it’s my mission to help other women do the same.

I believe in practical, sustainable changes, no quick fixes here. My role is to walk alongside you, guiding and empowering you with the tools and confidence to take control of your health and build habits that last a lifetime.
